Those first few days go by faster than you can imagine. My studio newborn sessions are designed to slow that down — to create heirloom portraits you'll reach for again and again as the years pass. Every pose is guided by a decade of experience and a genuine love for these early moments.
My studio in Airdrie is warm, calm, and fully equipped. Most parents choose to relax while I work — there's a comfortable couch area where you can unwind while I gently settle your baby. If you'd prefer to be hands-on, you're welcome to join in. Sessions typically run 2–3 hours and include posed portraits, sibling images, and parent-and-baby photos.

Book during your second trimester. Sessions are best within the first 14 days after birth, when babies are naturally sleepy and can be gently posed.

The ideal window is 5–14 days. Babies sleep deeply and curl naturally into classic poses. Older newborns shift to more awake, interactive images.

Just your baby and backup outfits. My studio is stocked with wraps, blankets, and props. I keep it warm with white noise for comfort.
